Below are instructions for registering, logging in, uploading/editing products, and editing your profile. You can contact us at info@livelocalinw.com with any questions along the way.
Step 1: Register
- Go to this page: LiveLocalINW.com/sign-up
- Fill out the Registration form (at minimum the required fields marked with a *)
- Upload at least one business photo
- Click the Register Business button
- Keep an eye on your email. When your account is approved, you will receive an email notification, with a link to login to edit your profile and add deals. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
A few tips:
- The URL you enter in the Business Website field must start with http:// or https://
- The business photo you upload should be at least 600px wide (so not a super small thumbnail photo!). And the file size should not exceed 3MB (so not a HUGE photo either!) File formats accepted are .jpg, .png., and .gif
Step 2: Upload a Product
- You will receive an email when your account is approved. At that point, you can login here: LiveLocalINW.com/login
- After logging in, you should be automatically directed to the product upload page: LiveLocalINW.com/create-product
- Fill out the Product Details fields
- Select a Product Category
- Upload at least 1 product photo (you can upload up to 3)
- Fill out 1 of the Where to Buy fields
- Do you have a current online store? Then enter the URL of the product in your online store in the first ‘Online Store URL’ field.
- Do you want to process payments offline? Then enter your email in the second field.
- Do you NOT have an online store? Enter a PayPal ‘Buy Now’ button script. Detailed instructions for setting up a PayPal account and buy now buttons can be found here.
- Click to review the Terms & Conditions and then click the checkbox
- Check the Create Product button
- **Do not close your window while the product is being submitted. It might take a few minutes if you uploaded multiple photos.
- Keep an eye on your email. When your product is approved and live on the website, you will be notified via email.

Editing Existing Products
- First, make sure you are logged in, by going here and logging in: LiveLocalINW.com/login
- Click on the following link to view your previously uploaded products: LiveLocalINW.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product
- Click on the name of the product that you want to edit
- Select the Product Information tab to edit the price or product description
- Click the Product Images tab to manage the product image
- To delete a photo, hover over the photo and click the X
- To add a photo click the Add Image to add the primary photo, and click Add to Gallery to upload up to 3 additional photos
- Click the Purchase Options tab to edit your buy button(s); Only one field needs to be filled out
- When you are finished updating your product, click the blue Update button
- If you want to delete a product, go here: LiveLocalINW.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product, hover over the product name, then click the Trash link
Editing Your Business Profile
- First, make sure you are logged in, by going here and logging in: LiveLocalINW.com/login
- Then you can go here to edit your profile: LiveLocalINW.com/wp-admin/profile.php
- You can edit your email address, website URL, physical address, business name, category, social media links, description, and password here.
- You can also change your business profile photo if you’d like (hover over the current photo and click the X icon, then upload a new photo)
- Click the blue Update Profile button when you are complete
