Ahead of Beauty is a locally founded, Spokane Washington 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing human hair cranial prosthesis (wigs, toppers and halo extensions) to women and children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation treatments and alopecia. The process for creating wigs made from real hair is costly and time-consuming. Ahead of Beauty aims to never charge patients for their hair replacement options. We are dedicated to working directly with providers and our patient insurance providers to cover the cost of whatever cranial prosthesis our patients may desire. We are a team of highly dedicated volunteers and independent contractors who rely solely on grants, donations, business partnerships and corporate sponsorships from generous private and corporate donors.
