At BOOEY’S GOURMET, I create gourmet pepper finishing sauces that are extremely versatile. For 25 years my focus has been the “Perfect Balance between Heat and Flavor™” I currently offer 4 flavors of sauces. Original Pepper, Sweet Jamaican Jerk, SmokeHouse BBQ and Sweet Chile,Lime Cilantro. My current rub/seasoning salt is Called Vaquero. It is a coffee based rub featuring a dark Italian roast from a locally woman owned award winning roaster Roast House Coffee.
