We have poured all of our energy into making these two versatile spices the signature products for our customers to enjoy. Our parents created Gabe’s Gourmet Foods in 1968 in Walla Walla, WA. Dad is the Gabe, and Mom was the Mama. What started as a unique gift for family and friends turned into a five decade entrepreneurial journey. Using their expertise as former grocery mercantile store owners and Mediterranean culinary wizards, our parents created a proprietary spice blend first for Gabe’s Original Dressing in 1968, then Mama’s Mediterranean Spices in 1994. Our versatile blended spices are a traditional dry spice, salad dressing, dip, meat rub and marinade. The curated combination of perfectly blended spices is our secret ingredient! Gabe's Original Dressing & Marinade Spices has 10 ingredients. Mama's Mediterranean Spices has eight ingredients with has a spicy kick!
