North Hill on Garland (NHG) has reopened, since closing in 2019, under a new proprietor. David Hayes, a local boy coming home left Spokane in 1978 moving back to Spokane in 2021 to look after his mother. An Air Force veteran, he has worked for companies like Microsoft  and before reopening NHG lived in Bandon Oregon as a partner at (Alloro Wine Bar & Restaurant). David is a hands-on and on-site owner. He loves to meet his guests and get to know them. He has updated the inside and added tables to the patio, both upstairs and downstairs. It’s an all new vibe, an evolving menu with the addition of a great wine list that will complement the craft cocktails of this Garland District landmark. Located in the beautiful old Masonic Temple building, NHG is a welcoming local landing spot for the neighborhood. A great place eat, drink and turn it all off.
