Referee Photo is a local full service photo lab and studio in Spokane since 1981. We were the official Bloomsday finish line photographer for 24 years and provided so many organizations with our event photobooth offerings. Most importantly, we've served so many from our retail setting with digital printing, film developing, scanning, design, greeting cards, photo gifts and just helping untrap photos from phones and computers. We specialize in passport photos for all countries, particularly Canada, and their special nuances. We've developed a local and national reputation in sports as the official photographer for local and regional teams/leagues as well as collegiate national championships, large tournaments with 5000+ athletes. We are open for retail Mon-Thu, 11am-5pm and all other times by appointment.
