WISCONSINBURGER is a locally owned restaurant founded in Spokane WA in April of 2014.
Like many burger joints in the Midwest, at WISCONSINBURGER we are focused on creating a juicy, purist beef burger. All our beef is Washington Premium Angus and freshly ground ON SITE every morning. No frozen patties here!
Our delicious artisan buns are made from scratch in Spokane at Alpine Bakery, another great local business!
Our butter and cheese, including the all-natural cheese curds, are from Wisconsin!
Into bacon? How about bacon jam? Just like our chips, our bacon jam is made from scratch and is permanent on the menu on top of the “Spooner” burger. Don’t forget to check out the Miller High Life battered and deep fried cheddar cheese curds – A favorite in the Midwest!
If you’re feeling like something a little lighter, the salads are fresh and innovative.
Not into beef? We have a scratch made turkey burger made with heaps of fresh veggies and a little kick.
Vegetarians can order the made from scratch “Madison” bean burger or the “Port Washington” herb portobello mushroom burger. Adding fried cheese curds is recommended!
In addition to our daily menu we have the GOTW(“Grind of the Week”) where our chef, Tim Ahern, uses his influences to put a twist on the burger classics and invent new flavor combinations. Check out Facebook or come on in to see what’s new! Beer drinkers will be happy to know that we feature 10 rotating taps. We also have a huge selection of canned and bottled beers(90!!!) in addition to a variety of soft drinks and wine.
We also make that famous FROZEN CUSTARD in house as well.
