INGREDIENTS

100% Chinese Black Tea (flowery orange pekoe), cinnamon, ginger root, raw wild flower honey, cloves, allspice, cardamom, fennel, black peppercorn.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 tablespoon of tea per 8 ounces of water

200℉ water for hot tea (boil)

Steep for 5-7 minutes
